Refund policy
Our policy is you have 3 days from receipt of goods to notify us if there is a problem with the goods, after notification goods must be returned to us within 2 weeks.
Upon return and after inspection we have the right to apply a 20% handling charge if we deem misuse or if is it the customers fault. I.e. goods ordered incorrectly.
All goods being returned must be in original packaging and in good condition. Claims for shortage, loss or damage in transit cannot be entertained if received more than 72 hours after the customer has signed our receipt for goods delivered
All returns require a returns number which can be obtained by a member of our sales team or the goods will be rejected when they arrive back. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns can only be collected from the address goods were delivered to or if collected from us goods must be returned to our premises.
Goods that are made to customers requirements, (for example chain slings, wire rope assemblies, cut chain to length, Custom size Tarpaulins, Nets, Sheets) are not refundable or returnable, even if the order is cancelled before dispatch and the item is made or in the process of being made full payment will be required.
To start a return, you can contact us at Sales@pgs-supplies21.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
