• Shortening Tabs for Size adjustments, allowing the sheet to be used flat or covering objects.

• Stencil printed lettering to show off your company when covering cargo on the road.

• Easy adjustments using ropes to pull the shortening tab into place; all lined up with the eyelets for consecutive fastening.

• Polypropylene Rope in each eyelet allows easy maneuvering of the sheet as well as fastening to your anchor point.

 

We offer 2 main types of Shortening tabs on our sheets, so it is important to choose the right one for the job. Although both types are durable and designed for their uses, Webbing Loops are ideal for hooking onto anchor points whereas Material Flaps work well with fasteners such as Carbine Hooks/Ties.

Fastening is a key part of securing your cover, however the method used can differ depending on the use. Fastening attachments range from Ropes/Cords to Carbine/Carabiner Hooks as shown below, all available to purchase/add to your cover package.

Whether you’re using a cover or not, load security is a big part of carrying goods. With years of experience supplying covers, we have picked out certain products for our customers to assist in their jobs. From Ratchet straps to Ratchet Load Binders, we have you covered.

Ratchet Straps are available in 25mm, 35mm, 50mm & 75mm Webbing with lengths of 4m, 6m, 8m, 10m, 12m, & 15m – supplying in different Load capacities. We can also manufacture custom sized straps with unique fastening options including Claw Hooks, Chasis Hooks, Rave Hooks, Twisted Snap Hooks and more.

For those items that require a heavy-duty lashing method, we can supply Grade 80/Grade 100 lashing chains in a range of sizes to suit: along with multiple termination/Anchoring options including Sling Hooks with Safety Catches, Grab Hooks, Weldable D-Links, Deck plates, Load Binders and more.

Cargo and securing netting available in various styles. We manufacture Heavy Duty Close-mesh netting to spec in a High quality 200gsm or Heavier PVC Coated; ideal for covering lighter but smaller items such as debris falling off and often seen on Skips. We also supply a wider mesh netting from PE which is stocked in standard sizes and ideal for Brick Nets/Trailer Nets.

For those operating on-board cranes & Hiabs we can also make and supply chain slings of all kinds. Web and Round slings in all sizes also supplied.
